2. Our Flowers and Arrangements
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Flowers are natural products, so their shade, size, shape, and stage of opening may vary. Each arrangement is made by hand, and minor differences from the photographs may occur.
These natural variations do not remove our responsibility to supply products that match the agreed description and quality.
If a flower, container, or other significant component becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative before making a material change, unless you have already authorized a substitution. Any agreed alternative and price adjustment will be confirmed with you.
3. Custom Arrangements
For a custom arrangement, please provide your preferred flowers, colors, budget, occasion, and any other requirements.
We will confirm the details we can fulfil, together with the price and delivery arrangements, before proceeding. Requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed solely because they have been submitted.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges will be disclosed before you complete your order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please ensure that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.
We may update prices and promotions for future purchases. These updates will not, by themselves, change the price of an order already accepted.
If we identify a pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
5. Orders and Availability
Please check your selected products, delivery information, contact details, and gift message before submitting an order.
An automated order-receipt email confirms that we have received your order. If an availability, payment, or delivery issue prevents us from fulfilling it, we will contact you promptly.
We may decline or cancel an order where fulfilment is not possible, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is reasonably suspected, or the transaction would be unlawful.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related charges that no longer apply, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our service areas, available capacity, and the arrangements confirmed for your order.
Any same-day delivery cutoff, delivery charge, or available time slot will be communicated through the website, checkout, or our team. Same-day delivery should not be assumed unless it has been confirmed.
Please provide a complete address, an accurate recipient phone number, and any access instructions needed for delivery. For gifts, please ensure that the recipient can receive the order.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or access problem, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Any additional delivery charge will be explained and agreed before another attempt.
If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you and discuss the available options. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have concerning late or unsuccessful delivery.

7. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
Whether we can accommodate a request may depend on the type of product, whether preparation has started, and whether the order has been dispatched. Any relevant conditions for custom or time-sensitive orders will be disclosed before purchase.
Requests will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms creates a blanket exclusion of your cancellation or refund rights.
8. Product Issues, Returns, and Refunds
We want your order to arrive in the condition agreed. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs, where available, can help us assess the issue.
Fresh flowers are perishable, and custom arrangements may require different return arrangements from non-perishable gifts. Any applicable restrictions are subject to Egyptian law and do not remove your rights in relation to defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

9. Flower Care
Follow the care instructions supplied with your arrangement. Flower life varies according to the variety, stage of opening, temperature, and care after delivery.
Keep arrangements away from excessive heat and direct sunlight, and follow the specific watering instructions provided for bouquets, vases, or floral-foam arrangements.
Care guidance does not limit your rights where a product was defective or did not meet the agreed description when delivered.
10. Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website or place an order.
If you provide someone else’s details for a gift delivery, you must be entitled to share those details for that purpose. Provide only the information necessary to fulfil the order.
Do not send full payment-card details or security codes through contact forms, email, or messages.
11. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful, and respectful of other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our store and products. We will not intentionally edit a review in a way that changes its meaning.
Private gift messages, recipient details, and customer-service correspondence will not be treated as permission to publish marketing content.
We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.
