Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.

You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to make a purchase. You must provide accurate information and must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activities, infringement, or interference with its security.

Products and Availability

We aim to display and describe our flowers and gifts accurately. As natural, handmade products, arrangements may have minor variations in color, shape, size, and stage of opening.

If a significant flower, container, or other component is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on an alternative before making a material change, unless you have already authorized a substitution.

Custom requests are subject to confirmation of availability, price, and delivery arrangements.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges will be disclosed before purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Price changes apply to future purchases and will not, by themselves, change the price of an accepted order. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Orders

Please check your products, recipient details, delivery address, and gift message before submitting your order.

An automated receipt confirms that your order has been received. If an availability, payment, or delivery issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you promptly.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled items and any related charges that no longer apply, in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery, Cancellations, and Refunds

These policies form part of these terms and do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

When ordering a gift, provide only the recipient information needed for delivery and ensure that you are entitled to share it for that purpose.

Private gift messages and recipient details are not permission for us to publish marketing content.

Website Content and External Services

Our original photographs, text, branding, and designs may not be commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

External services, such as payment providers and social platforms, have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not remove our legal responsibilities to you.

Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary errors or interruptions may occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You retain the right to contact the competent consumer protection authorities or courts.

We may update these terms prospectively. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to orders already placed.
